St. Petersburg, Fla. (970 WFLA) - Someone fishing near the Howard Frankland Bridge discovered a dead body Saturday afternoon. St. Petersburg police identified the remains as those of Sheila Capone, 26. Police originally said the condition of the body meant that the medical examiner would have to identify it, and determine how the person died, according to a news release. An updated release did not say if police knew the cause of death, or if they had a murder case to solve.
