Polk Sheriff to Attend Service for Synagogue Victims

Lakeland Fla. (970 WFLA) - Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd's office says he will attend a Service of Remembrance Sunday at 6:00 p.m. on the front lawn at Temple Emanuel, 600 Lake Hollingsworth Drive, Lakeland, to remember and honor the victims of the attack on the Tree of Life Congregation Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pa., according to a news release from the PCSO.  Members of the Lakeland Synagogue and others will come together to remember and pray for the victims.

"This will be a public event all those wishing to honor and remember those killed are welcome," the release said. "There will be appropriate security on site."
