Michael Drejka is moving. To where...will remain a secret.
During a hearing in Pinellas court, a judge agreed to keep Drejka's new address confidential because Drejka's lawyers say he's received death threats.
Drejka shot and killed Markeis McGlockton in a Clearwater convenience store parking lot during a dispute over a handicapped parking space in August. Drejka says she shot McGlockton in self defense after he was shoved by McGlockton, but surveillance video..and the autopsy report, indicate McGlockton was backing away when he was shot.
Drejka is charged with manslaughter and bonded out of the Pinellas County Jail this week. His defense team has also told the judge Drejka can't afford to pay for certain court costs.
