Largo, Fla.(970 WFLA)-A Pinellas County child that was the subject of an Amber Alert is dead, and his mother is facing charges.  The body of two-year-old Jordan Belliveau was found Tuesday afternoon in the woods behind the Largo Sports Complex.

Investigators and neighbors spent more than 60 hours searching the woods and waterways, and Largo Police Chief Jeff Undestad says it's an extremely difficult and emotional time for those involved.

Heartbroken friends, and relatives will come together to commemorate the life of Jordan today at 5:00, his uncle will host an event at Largo's Highland Rec Center to thank those who volunteered their time to search for the boy.  A prayer vigil is scheduled for Saturday at the site where Jordan's body was found near Lake Ave. and McMullen Road.
