Saint Petersburg Police

St. Petersburg, Fla.-(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-An argument at the entrance to the Brandywine Apartments on 16th Place, North, leads to and arrest and injuries.

Police say 45 year-old Randall Albritton and 31 year-old Evelyn Briggle tried to exit the same entrance at the complex at the same time.

Officers say the two got into an disagreement that had Briggle tossing hot coffee onto Albritton's vehicle. When Albritton got out to check his vehicle, police say Briggle put her vehicle into reverse and hit Albritton.

Albritton was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

Briggle is facing charges of aggravated battery with a motor vehicle.
