Successful Falcon Nine Launch From Cape Canaveral

Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla. (970 WFLA)-SpaceX  launched  its fifteenth Commercial Resupply Services mission at 5:42 a.m. from Space Launch Complex 40  at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.

Dragon separated from Falcon 9’s second stage about nine minutes and thirty seconds after liftoff and will attach to the space station on Monday.

Dragon will be filled with more than 5,900 pounds of supplies and payloads.

SpaceX will not attempt to recover Falcon 9’s first stage after launch.
