Teen Dies in New Port Richey 3-Car Crash

New Port Richey, Fla. (970 WFLA) - A three-car crash at a three-way intersection killed a woman Saturday afternoon, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

Raven Jolliff, 23, of New Port Richey swerved into the oncoming lane of Moon Lake Road trying avoid an SUV stopped as it waited to turn onto Oconne Boulevard at about 2 p.m. Jolliff's car still struck the rear of the SUV before striking an oncoming car head-on, according to a news release from the FHP.

The driver of the oncoming car, Jullian Faith Hitt, 19, of New Port Richey died as a result of the crash, troopers said. Charges are pending, according to the news release.
