Florida PTA Suspends Stoneman Douglas High Chapter

PARKLAND, FL (970 WFLA) -- There's possible trouble for the Marjory Stoneman Douglas PTSA.

The Florida PTA has temporarily suspended its operation saying its overseeing "an audit of past and current operational and financial practices."

The letter from the President of the state organization goes on to say, "because of the enormous fiscal responsibility that has been placed on its new leaders, it has become a priority to ensure that the health & integrity of the Douglas PTSA is without question during this time of leadership transition.”
