Sarasota, Fla. (970 WFLA)- A Sarasota man believes he's lucky to be alive after a scary incident with a neighbor.
Sean Phagan was riding his bike this weekend when a neighbor at the Banyan Trail Apartments proclaimed he was Jesus Christ and started firing a shotgun. Phagan hurried back inside as deputies say 57 year old Charles Herr fired more shots.
No one was hurt, Herr was arrested, and Phagan says he doesn't know Herr and can't imagine why the man would try to shoot him.
