St. Petersburg, Fla. (9790 WFLA)- Pinellas detectives are looking for a missing man... 54 year old Joseph Phillips was last seen on Gandy Beach (near Gandy Bridge) with friends March 31st He lost his cell phone and was left alone with his service dog.
Phillips was supposed to fly home Friday but never made the flight. He suffers from a condition that requires regular medication. If you saw him or the dog March 31st or April 1st, or have any other information, contact the Pinellas Sheriff's Office.
