Multiple media reports are saying police and the FBI were moving to arrest the suspect early this morning when he detonated a device before shots were fired along Interstate-35. The development comes after a string of bombings in Austin this month left two people dead and several others injured. Tuesday, a package said to be headed for Austin exploded at a Fedex facility near San Antonio.
