TEMPLE TERRACE (970 WFLA) -- Early voting begins today (Saturday) for the special election in state house District 58, in east Hillsborough County.
The Hillsborough Elections Office is taking ballots at four locations... the County Center downtown, the Gilder Election Center on Falkenburg Road, the Temple Terrace Public Library and the Bruton Library in Plant City. Election day is a week from Tuesday (December 19).
Republican Lawrence McClure faces Democrat Jose Vasquez, Libertarian Brian Zemina and no-party candidate Ahmad Saadaldin.
They're trying to succeed Dan Raulerson, who stepped down earlier this year.
