TAMPA (970 WFLA) -- 5:00 p.m. Tampa police chief Brian Dugan says he's feeling "hopeful but guarded" optimism as police question a man found with a gun at the Ybor City McDonald's on East 13th Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Dugan says the gun has been recovered and the person is being questioned at Tampa police headquarters, regarding what he knows about the weapon. He's not being treated as a suspect at this time.
Dugan says they received a tip about the man as possibly related to the Seminole Heights murders.
