NORTH PORT (970 WFLA) -- Police and federal A-T-F agents are investigating, after some explosives were found at a home on Eagle Pass Street in North Port.
North Port Police spokesperson Josh Taylor says they started getting calls earlier this week, after neighbors heard explosiong. A-T-F confirms that three handheld explosives were found. The Sarasota County bomb squad was called in to help with disposal.
Three people are being questioned. No arrests have been made.
Taylor says the area in which this occurred has a history of drug activity.
