Court Plea for Neo-Nazi Roommate of Murder Suspect

TAMPA (970 WFLA) -- As expected, the man suspected of leading a neo-Nazi group out of his north Tampa apartment has pleaded guilty to federal explosives charges.

21-year-old Brandon Russell will be sentenced January 9th.

Prosecutors say Russell led a small group called the Atomwaffen from a New Tampa apartment he shared with three other men, one of whom is suspected of killing the other two.

Russell's roommate, Devon Arthurs, is accused in a separate case of killing two other members, Andrew Oneschuk  and Jeremy Himmelman, because they mocked his conversion to Islam.
