Tampa, Fla. (970 WFLA)-A Tampa man is facing a charge of video voyeurism after a coffee shop employee noticed a man was taking pictures, looking up a woman's skirt, and called the sheriff's office.
48 year old Justin Buck admitted to deputies he took several pictures of the 21 year old victim under the table , as he sat across from her at the Starbucks at 3180 Tampa Road, in Palm Harbor.
Buck told deputies he looked at the first three photos, before realizing they were too dark, so he used a flash and took two more photos.
Buck could be facing additional charges, he is suspected of taking up skirt photos at other Starbuck locations.
