School Threats In Pasco

New Port Richey, Fla.(Newsradio 970 WFLA)-Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco says he's concerned over some recent threats made against local schools.  Nocco says there have been three different school threats in just 5 days.

In one of the threats, Nocco says two teens tried to recruit students to shoot up John Long Middle School. Those two have since been arrested.

Another threat was directed toward Ridgewood High School.  A teen was arrested in that incident after an online post that he was going to shoot up the school.

Deputies are also investigating a rumor on social media that two students were planning some sort of violence at Stewart Middle School in Zephyrhills. Deputies say they're talking with two students in that case.
