St. Petersburg, Fla. (970 WFLA)- A Pinellas County jail inmate is facing additional charges, after  detectives say he brought a white powdery substance into the Pinellas County Jail, and shared it with two other inmates, causing all three to show signs of an overdose.

29 year old  Robert Gilner is accused of bringing the substance into the jail April 25th, when he was arrested for DUI.  He admitted that he shared the powder with 30 year old Jason Koketek and 31 year old Jason Sandy.

When the three men started showing symptoms of a drug overdose, EMS took the three to the hospital, where they are expected to make a full recovery.

Gilner is charged with one count of introduction of contraband into a jail facility, additional charges may be filed after a lab test determines what the substance is.
