Ever the entertainer, Attorney John Morgan began his speech at Tampa's Tiger Bay meeting with the statement everyone was waiting for.
"If you've ever been hurt in an auto accident....."
But there's been serious rumblings about Morgan running for governor next year on the Democratic ticket.
The well-known personal injury lawyer led the charge to legalize medical marijuana.
"If I do run, I would do it with the purest of intentions", adding that the downside to running for public office is becoming a politician.
Morgan says if he decide to launch a campaign, he would only want to run for one term, saying he could accomplish because "the issues that drive me will be done in only one term".
Asked if he's "Trump-like", Morgan said he's everything that Trump is not. But he did admit he speaks his mind.
