On Thursday's Mark Levin Show: Health Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announces that she will be resigning, and Mark applauds it - but it's 5 years too late. Mark says that for all the harm she's done and the destruction of our health care system, now she will be gone and won't be held accountable for implementing the disaster that is Obamacare. Also, Thursday was the 50th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Act and there is much praise for President LBJ but Mark says it was actually the Republicans that wanted to integrate and they were continually stopped from the Democrats. Mark says LBJ shouldn't be praised because he was obstructing enforcement of non-segregated places. Also, AG Eric Holder plays the victim card and says he's being unfairly targeted when it is precisely his actions or inaction that has led to him being questioned. Finally, Steve Deace calls in about his new book, Rules for Patriots: How Conservatives Can Win Again.
