According to Tampa Bay Times Buccaneers beat reporter, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have cut former Gators running back Jeff Demps.

Demps made it known this spring that he would put his olympic sprinting career on hold and totally commit himself to working towards a career in the NFL. 

Joining Demps will be former Northwestern quarterback Mike Kafka according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.
