ST PETERSBURG, Fla. (970 WFLA) - St. Pete Police say an 18-year-old is charged in connection to three robberies in May and June.

Police say Stephon Alexander Farrar was arrested in St. Louis Wednesday morning on outstanding warrants charging him with three counts of robbery - two counts relate to incidents which took place on the Pinellas trail.

Sheriff’s officials say detectives believe that on May 20, Farrar robbed a 16-year-old boy on the trail near 13th Avenue North and 70th Street, threatening him with a taser and taking a cell phone.

Then, deputies say on June 21, Farrar is believed to have robbed a pizza delivery driver at gunpoint in the area of 5th Avenue South and 51st Street.

Deputies say the third happened on June 23 where he took a cell phone from a 15-year-old boy on the Pinellas trail in the vicinity of 13th Avenue North and 70th Street.
